Aspen Grove, above Sundance
Above Sundance Resort, along the Alpine Loop Road, Aspen Grove is the starting point for a popular hiking trail to Mount Timpanogos, which, at 11,750 feet, is the second highest peak in the Wasatch Range.![]()

I love this work. I need to mention that Mount Timpanogos in not even close to being the second highest point in Utah. There are at least four ranges containing many peaks higher than Mount Timpanogos in Utah; Uintas, La Sal, Deer Creek, and Tushar. I think you meant to say the second highest point in the Wasatch Range after Mt. Nebo.
