Wasatch Mountains - Nebo Loop Scenic Byway

While much of Utah is arid, the Wasatch Mountains, on the western edge of the Rocky Mountains, provide welcome relief from surrounding deserts. These mountains rise majestically from the valley floor below.

The Nebo Loop National Scenic Byway winds 38 miles (68 km) through some of Northern Utah's most picturesque forest land, and passes near this grove in the Maple Bench area of Payson Canyon. We hope you will take a moment to view other panoramas of this area such as Grotto Falls, and more autumn colors in Payson Canyon. - Martin van Hemert
