In the large, exposed sandstone regions of Southern Utah, Arches is a constant lure, not only due to its unique rock formations, but because so many of these formations can be found in such a small geographic area. This panorama features one of my favorites, or perhaps I should say two of my favorites, since it is referred to after all, as "Double Arch". I've been here many times, photographing it using different cameras and techniques, and this virtual view is perhaps my favorite image of the arch, shown in its environment. Arches National Park is just north of Moab, Utah, an area home to Canyonlands and other great spots, a "must see" area in Utah. - Martin van Hemert
