We very much appreciate each of you who subscribe to out email updates. By way of information, occasionally internet service providers will block or bounce emails that are suspected of being spam before they ever hit personal spam filters. When this happens with an email we send, our email service provider deletes that recipient from our email list. Should you ever notice that you haven’t received an email update from us in over a month, this probably means one of two things. Either A) I have died and someone should call my wife and let her know, or B) your email address may have inadvertently been deleted from our list. I am always pleased to see your address in my inbox listing, and never disappointed in the panorama you have posted, they always entice me to make a trip there. However living in Maryland and with advancing age…my imagination must be my vehicle.
Thanks,
Betty

Hi Betty,
Thank you so much. Regardless of age, it’s sometimes hard to go everywhere we’d like. Life is more than just a sight seeing trip.
Best,
Martin

Your photo is terrific and inspires me to get back West and hike some more!
The Rocks Begin to Speak by LaVan Martineau is a very interesting book by a man who is part Indian, knowledgeable in the sign language, fluent in Indian tongues, versed in cryptanalytical methods, who has devoted 17 yrs to learning and trying to decipher what the signs mean. I had to special order his book and it is fascinating! The book has multiple photos and drawings of some of the most amazing “rock” art. Shirley
